FIELD: the basaltic raw melting; methods of the basaltic raw melting for production of the fibers or the stone casting.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of the basaltic raw melting with simultaneous optimization of its structure for the purposes of production of the basaltic fibers or the stone casting - petrurgy. The method of the basaltic raw melting includes crushing of the initial basaltic rock, its heating up, loading into the smelting furnace, its melting, the partial withdrawal of the melt bottom layer, stabilization of the remained melt and its feeding into the discharge device. The basaltic raw melting conduct at the temperature of 1200-1300°С, age the melt within 1-2 hours at the indicated temperature for realization of the process of the gravitational differentiation of the melt into the light and heavy fractions. Then they partially separate the surface layer of the light fraction, the bottom layer of the heavy fraction or both fractions in the quantities necessary for creation in the melt of the optimal ratio of the components. Stabilization of the remained melt is conducted by the increase of the melting temperature by 50-100°С with the stirring action. The melting of the basaltic raw is conducted in the oxidizing or in the reducing mediums. The invention offered method of the basaltic raw melting allows to conduct the complex multi-version optimization and to produce the composition with the preset physical and chemical properties necessary for production of the various types of the basaltic fibers or the products of the stone casting. The method creates the possibility to eliminate the expensive process of the sub-charge, to achieve the optimal ratio of FeO:Fe2O, to reduce the resources-and power inputs and to expand the field of the possible application of the basaltic raw of one separately taken basaltic field.
EFFECT: the invention allows to conduct the complex multiversion optimization of the production process, to produce the composition with the preset physical and chemical properties necessary for production of the various types of the basaltic fibers or the products of the stone casting, to eliminate the expensive process of the sub-charge, to reduce the resources-and power inputs, to expand the field of the possible application of the basaltic raw of one separately taken basaltic field.
