FIELD: medicine, neuromorphology.

SUBSTANCE: in tested area of nervous system one should measure at sections he primary morphometric parameters of perikaryon and neuron's nucleus for detecting their volumes and nuclear-cytoplasmatic ratio both without the action - the norm, and after the action of exogenous and/or endogenous factors, moreover, according to the volume of neuron's perikaryon one should establish the type, that is - type 1 - little - the volume of neuron's perikaryon being up to 1435 cu. mcm, type 2 - average - 1436-8171 cu. mcm, type 3 - large -8172-20556 cu. mcm, type 4 - giant - above 20557 cu. mcm, and according to nuclear-cytoplasmatic ratio - the class: A - at nuclear-cytoplasmatic ratio being up to 0.7; B - 0.71-1.29; and C - above 1.3, and according to the combination of the type and the class one should establish the category and then the portion of every category in the tested area and according to the character of distribution of different categories of neurons against the norm it is possible to diagnose the state of nervous system for a biological object in concrete period of ontogenesis under the impact of exogenous and/or endogenous factors.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of morphological diagnostics.
