FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for in vitro estimating an individual immune reaction of an organism to the action of a pharmaceutical preparation. For this purpose an examination of separate lymphocytes of a patient's peripheral blood is carried out by a method of interference microscopy. The first sample is separated from a suspension of a donor's blood lymphocytes before the action of an external factor, microscoped in an interference microscope to obtain a lymphocyte image in the form of zones of optic density in a projection of separate organelles, and successively measured are the cytoplasmic index, as well as values of the phase thickness, the area, equivalent diameters, the phase volume, refractoriness in the following lymphocyte organelles: external boundary of a peripheral part of the cytoplasm, the dense part of the cytoplasm, the chondriom, the nucleus and the nucleolus. After that, the second sample is separated from the lymphocyte suspension of the same donor, and after an impact of the pharmacological preparation on lymphocytes, they are re-microscoped in the interference microscope, the said parameters of the said lymphocyte organelles are measured, after which the second set of the phase thickness values is formed. Estimation of the individual immune reaction of the organism on the action of the pharmaceutical preparation is realised by quantitative measurements of the said parameters in the second set of parameters.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of probability of unpredictable consequences of drug therapy and side effects.
