SUBSTANCE: the mode is executed by way of generating by a laser of an impulse of a predetermined complex temporarily form representing 2-8 following one after another gigantic impulses with an interval of 20-30 mks on the background of the impulse of free regeneration which is directed with the aid of a focusing system on an investigated substance forming a laser torch whose radiation is registered and then according to the received emissive spectrums the elemental composition of the substance is defined.
EFFECT: increases operability and simplification of the mode.
