FIELD: polymer materials and food industry.
SUBSTANCE: chewing gum contains at least two different biodegradable polymers having different glass-transition temperatures Tg. At least one of these polymers, preferably plasticizer, has glass-transition temperature at least +1°C and at least one of utilized biodegradable polymers has glass-transition temperature below 0°C. Thus composed chewing gum has texture comparable with customary chewing gum.
EFFECT: increased chewing gum production resource.
