FIELD: food industry, confectionary industry.
SUBSTANCE: the suggested chewing gum contains, at least, one biologically decomposable polymer. Molecular weight of the polymer in question corresponds, at least, to 105000 g/M. The chewing gum suggested mainly contains no biologically decomposable polymers. As a result, the resistance of this chewing gum to the action of softening agents, emulsifiers, aromatizing agents has been increased and, thus, the consistence of the chewing gum has been improved.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
