FIELD: alcohol production industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to production of food rectified alcohol and consists in the following. Alcohol is extracted by boiling from brew on the brew column while transferring ethyl alcohol with accompanied impurities into brew distillate together with vapor leaving the column. Brew distillate is freed of top and intermediate impurities, including fusel oil components, on epuration column operated according to hydroselection method. Thereafter, epurate is rectified on alcohol column wherein fractions of fusel oil, fusel alcohol, and non-pasteurized alcohol are recovered. Fractions of top and intermediate impurities of ethyl alcohol are distilled on first distillation column. Concentrate of the top impurities is withdrawn from condenser of second distillation column, from the bottom of which fusel oil and intermediate fraction concentrate are withdrawn. Ethyl alcohol fraction removed from the middle part of the same column in recycled into brew. Ethyl alcohol is further purified in evaporation section of epuration column via removal of fusel oil fractions from vapor phase of the mediate column zone plates and removal of organic acids and other tail impurities with distillation water from the epuration column bottom. Epurate is concentrated, withdrawn from liquid phase of lower plates of boiling-extraction section of epuration column and passed to the feeding plate of rectification column. Ethyl alcohol is withdrawn from liquid phase of lower plates of boiling-extraction section of first distillation column and passed to the lower feeding plate of second distillation column. Bottom liquid from first distillation column is passed to the upper plate of epuration column.
EFFECT: improved quality of rectified alcohol and reduced production expenses.
