FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration isolation of processing equipment. Particularly, looms. Proposed loom vibration isolator contains spring engaging with base and framework of loom. Framework is made split, being fastened on horizontal brace of loom and consisting of two plates with spherical cavities clamped together by bolts. Upper and lower eye plates are welded to each plate. Tie-rod is hinge-connected to lower eye plate. Second end of tie-rod is secured by hinge joint to base of spring post with axle to which bushing with sleeve for spring and sleeve are attached. Tie-rod rigidly connected with upper cup enclosing bushing with spring is hinge-connected to upper eye plate. Bushing made of friction material and engaging with sleeve is attached to open end face of cup.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance, simplified design and mounting.
