FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises making weakened section in one of the blades mounted on the rotor set in the unmovable housing, setting the rotor in rotation up to a given rotation speed, heating the blade up to a given temperature, and striking the bled on the housing. The trace of the striking indicates the strength of the blade. The device comprises rotor with blades, lock, drive with the system for control of speed of rotation, unit for measuring temperature of the blade, and unit for heating the blades that has power source, high-frequency generator, coaxial cable, and inductors connected in series.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
