FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to the field of machine building and may be used in blade machine rotor bodies test for impenetrability and examinations of impact effects on them. Method consists in rolling of rotor, which is installed inside fixed casing, up to preset rotations, at which blade is broken and hits the body. After that traces on body are used to estimate its impenetrability. At that prior to testing cross section of rotor blade airfoil portion is weakened in its foot part by means of cutting, at that edges and medium link are left whole, and in foot and medium link left after cutting cavity is produced, in which heater is installed. It is installed so that thermal contact is provided between heater and cavity walls in the process of rotor rotation. Groove-concentrator with radius of 0.2-0.5 mm is arranged on the surface of left link and edges. Then, after rotor rolling and achievement of preset rotations, material of medium link is heated with the help of heater. Device includes rotor with blades that include airfoil portion and foot installed inside body, drive for rotor rolling, system of rotation control, at that one blade is made with foot section weakened by cutting. At that edges of airfoil portion and medium link are left after cutting in section of blade airfoil portion, where break is expected, at that cutting is arranged so that airfoil portion in the point of cutting would have strength margin of ≥1.2, and cavity for heater installation is provided in foot and medium link left after cutting. At that heater is installed so that it provides thermal contact between itself and walls of cavity in the process of rotor rotation and provides material heating.
EFFECT: provision of guaranteed controlled break of blade at preset number of rotor rotations, at that blade motion trajectory after break will correspond to the actual one, which reduces labor intensity of test and increases its validity.
