FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: prior to performance of tests, cross section of one of blades installed on rotor, which is located inside fixed body, is weakened with cutting. Cutting is done in lower part of blade above lock, main and additional slots are made, as well as thermal loading section. Main slot is made inside blade at the angle to its medium section line, heater is inserted into arranged main slot made in the form of a separate part, width of which makes 0.80-0.95 of the main slot width. At the same time arranged main slot, heater inserted in it and sections above additional slots create a thermal loading section of blade. Then rotor is rotated until specified rpm, thermal loading section of blade is heated up to specified temperature, blade is torn off, and traces of impact from broken part against body are used to assess its impenetrability. Device comprises rotor with blades, lock, drive with system of rotation frequency control, device for measurement of temperature of thermal loading section of blade, which consists of serially joined temperature measurement system, current collector and temperature sensor installed on surface of thermal loading section of blade and device for heating of thermal loading section of blade, which consists of serially joined power supply sources, current collector and heater. At the same time cutting and slots are arranged in one of the blades, the main slot is arranged inside blade at the angle to its medium section line, in which heater is inserted, being made in the form of a separate part, width of which makes 0.80-0.95 of the main slot width, besides the main slot, heater inserted in it and sections above additional slots create a thermal loading section of blade.

EFFECT: reduced labour-intensity of tests, improved validity.
