FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of rotor with blades successively arranged in case, of drive, of system of control of velocity of rotor revolutions and of rotation velocity sensor whereto there are connected indicator of blade break and device for information loading, input of which is connected to output of sensors of temperature and rotation velocity. Also, one of blades in the area of a root part is equipped with a relieving recess. Additionally, the rotor is of a disk or drum-disk type with disks made single with the blades. The relieving recess in the area of the root part of the blade is located in the disk and has a shape of rectangular through orifice with rounded angles and external wall in form of a bridge under the blade. The orifice is positioned along chord of root cross section of the blade, while the bridge is located perpendicular to chord symmetrically relative to centre of gravity of its root cross section.

EFFECT: reliability of tests for impenetrability in blade machines of disk or drum-disk type with disks made single with blades and at big thickness of blade grids.
