SUBSTANCE: in the method signals are processed primarily in information channels with Doppler frequency shift resulting from relative movement of objects, based on transformation of signal with following optimal filtration, realizing signal transformation by transposition of frequency spectrum signal, Doppler signal frequency shift is compensated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of radio-technological informational channels.
