FIELD: device and method for post fast Fourier transformation correction of precise frequency shift in expanded detection range and with low complexity.
SUBSTANCE: in system (100), using multiplexing with orthogonal frequency division, receiver determines text symbols (110), which are included in frame structure. With usage of fast Fourier transformation algorithm (118), fractional frequency shift is determined (lesser than one interval of carriers distancing). Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing pilot signal phase is compensated with usage of one or more text symbols. Algorithm may be modified for estimating large frequency shifts (exceeding one interval of carriers distancing). In its simplest realization, the algorithm does not require usage of correlator block.
EFFECT: good frequency detection chars with low signal/noise ratios.
