FIELD: drying engineering.

SUBSTANCE: spraying drier comprises hopper for charging dump material, screw feeder, drying chamber, heat exchanger, fan, system for cleaning the exhaust air, system for supplying dried solution, drying chamber with spraying disk, and the system for circulation of a heat-transfer gas (nitrogen) that has acoustic plant, dry cyclone for removing fine particles of dried product from the gas flow, sucking fan for supplying heat-transfer gas from the cyclone to the wet scrubber-condenser for the condensation of vapors of the solvent of the initial product and providing with spraying nozzle for washing liquid, deflectors, and condensate collector. The solvent is cooled by cold water in the plate heat exchanger. The system for supplying hot gas is composed of the high-pressure fan for supplying heat-transfer agent to the drying chamber, heat exchanger for heating gas heated by hot oil that is heated up to a required temperature in the electrical heater, and the circulation oil pump supplies the hot oil to the oil heat exchanger for heating gas. The system of recirculation of hot oil comprises collector and tank-expander for oil.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drying.
