FIELD: technique for drying of dispersed materials used in microbiological, food-processing, chemical and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: drier has system for feeding of solution to be dried, drying chamber with acoustic nozzles, and gas-heat carrier recirculation system. Each of acoustic nozzles consists of casing incorporating bushing and central rod with conical shoulder defining acoustic vibrations generator, and sprayer. Acoustic vibrations generator is formed as nozzle and resonator shaped as spherical cavity disposed within body of central rod. Spherical cavity is connected through calibrated aperture to circular slot defined by end surfaces of bushing and central rod at side adjoining conical surface of shoulder. Central rod is disposed for fixed movement along axis of casing. Nozzle resonator is designed so that acoustic vibration frequency may be adjusted by regulating width of circular slot defined by end surfaces of bushing and central rod at the side adjoining conical surface of shoulder.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in drying of dispersed materials.
