FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vodka comprising the following content of components per 1000 dal of ready product: fructose, 6.5-7.5 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.25-0.35 kg; glycine, 0.17-0.23 kg; succinic acid, 0.17-0.23 kg; complex food supplement "Glikolakt", 5.5-6.5 l, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%. Invention allows improving organoleptic properties of vodka and to confer light tint of marjoram aroma to vodka aroma. Testing score of vodka is 9.65-9.69.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
