SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the risk of the relapse of endometrioid ovarian cyst due to immunohistochemical detecting the values of the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-7 and the inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-TIMP-4 and according to these values one should predict the relapse of endometrioid ovarian cyst long before the appearance of clinical signs.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
