FIELD: food processing industry, in particular canned goods from fish and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes paprika, onion, and dill green cutting and roasting in melt butter; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; sheat-fish fillet cutting; wheat flour sautéing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour cream, acetic acid, table salt, and CO2-extracts from pyrolysis wood and hot red pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with fish broth in specific component ratio, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
