SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes paprika, onion, and dill green cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; fresh white cabbage shredding, freezing, and chopping; sheat-fish fillet chopping; wheat flour sautéing. Abovementioned components are blended with sour cream, fish broth, citric acid, table salt, and CO2-extracts from pyrolysis wood and hot red pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
