SUBSTANCE: invention elates to a method for producing vodka from rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified water with addition of sugar, glycerol, ginseng dry extract "Relikt" and shizandra dry extract "Relikt" taken in the definite content of components, l per 1000 dal of ready product. This provides expanding assortment of vodkas, preparing vodka with higher organoleptic indices and biological properties providing delay in formation of alcoholic dependence in its intake and conferring barely detecting after tasting of menthol to vodka.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka, improved preparing method.
