FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out electrogastroenterocolonography, by enterogram one should detect maximal amplitude of gastro-intestinal contractions. At decreased maximal amplitude of contractions by 1.5-2 times against the norm one should diagnose edemic form of acute pancreatitis. At decreased maximal amplitude of contractions by 2.5 times and more against the norm one should diagnose destructive form of acute pancreatitis. The innovation enables to carry out efficient diagnostics of acute pancreatitis forms.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of differential diagnostics.
