FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely processes for producing high-tin bronze, possibly used for manufacturing super-conducting materials.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of melting components in inert atmosphere while performing electromagnetic agitation of prepared melt by means of electromagnetic field of solenoid; subjecting melt to granulation in inert atmosphere; joining granules by diffusion welding in vacuum at temperature consisting of 0.6 - 0.8 of bronze melting temperature and under compression pressure 0.5 - 21 MPa at isothermal and isobaric soaking for 10 - 20 min.
EFFECT: increased tin content in bronze, homogenous distribution of tin in bronze at the same manufacturing characteristics of alloy.
