SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes dried cepe cooking, separation from broth, and cutting; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; onion cutting and roasting in melt butter; mixing of abovementioned components in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour cream, sugar, table salt, black pepper, pimento and bay leaf; mackerel icefish fillet cutting and roasting in melt butter. Fish fillet, obtained mixture and mushroom broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
