SUBSTANCE: the method for obtaining the preparations of desquamated endothelial cells (DEC) in peripheral blood deals with sampling venous blood followed by its centrifuging, separating thrombocyte-free plasma to isolate DEC, moreover, one should apply thrombocyte-free plasma onto a cover glass, incubate at 37°C for 60 min, fix in methanol for 5 min or in 1%-glutaric aldehyde upon the medium 199 for 1 d, stain with azure-ll-eosin at the ratio of 1:1 with distilled water to apply on slides. The innovation enables to modify the quality of morphological diagnostics and identification of circulating desquamated endotheliocytes, study intra-cellular DEC structures; moreover, the preparation could be stored for prolonged period of time, transported, the structure of cells is nor distorted.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
