FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics in rheumatology. Standard technique is used to analyse blood plasma in amount 1 l for desquamated endotheliocytes (DEC) concentration. Then DEC concentration in 1 l blood plasma is recalculated considering hematocrit level by the following formula: DEC=(0.56*N*(100-Ht)/100)*105. It is possible to compare scores of DEC concentration for sick and healthy people at various hematocrit levels.
EFFECT: possibility of DEC concentration evaluation in whole blood; higher diagnostic accuracy of endothelial dysfunction.
