DEVICE WITH SEPARABLE INCLINED FRAME FOR OPERATIONS IN ABDOMINAL CAVITY Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61B17/02

Abstract RU 2435530 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery. Device has frame from three separable parts with rack-and-lantern wheel mechanism, regulating travel on rectangular part of frame, bracket, with located on it screw-fixed resettable support. Frame or its separate part is fixed to rectangular connector, mounted on the end of screw with nut, which are intended for regulation of frame location, are installed in ring of rotation sector which has radial slot for setting frame inclination angle. Rotation sector is fixed with screws to support, with flat spot based on operation table rack and fixed with lock with screw, on frame provided are resettable hooks for fixation of retractors, intended for wound opening, retractors for organ displacement. For displacement of intestine provided is replaceable retractor, rotating, on the axis with rotation fixation by means of protrusion, located on handle hub.

EFFECT: ensured are installation and regulation of frame with retractors parallel to plane of operation table and with inclination, convenient access to area of surgery; reduction of trauma to operated patients; reduction of number of assistants taking part in operation.
