SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A device comprises an adjustable removable retractor with a cantilever shaft. The retractor is mounted on the cantilever and adjusted to change a direction of rotation and rotation about a screw axis for attachment to a handle. A clamp is provided to attach the handle. The screw and handle fasten a hook. The screw extends through a hinged section of a conical sleeve having a female clamp to attach the sleeve to a rack. A thread of the clamp axis of the handle there is a nut with a handle for simultaneous fixation of the handle clamp to the conical sleeve, fixation of conical sleeve rotation and fixation of the sleeve clamp to the rack.
