SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes pork cutting and roasting in melt fat; onion cutting and roasting in melt fat; garlic green cutting and freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with soy souse, table salt, and sodium or potassium glutamate. Obtained mixture and melt fat are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
