FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Potatoes are cut and blanched. Beetroot and carrots are blanched and cut. Fresh green peas are cut and frozen. Specified components are mixed in oxygen free conditions with sauerkraut, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate and black bitter pepper. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
