Method of preserved food production includes preparation of recipe components, cutting and freezing of green onions and potherbs, cutting of calamari fillet, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with sauerkraut, sugar, table salt, calcium lactate and black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture and vegetable oil.
