FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method involves investigation of blood biochemical parameters. Before treatment activity of total alkaline phosphatase (a) in blood serum and osseous tissue (b) and activity of lactate dehydrogenase, (c) acid phosphatase (d) and creatine kinase (e) are determined followed by measurement of the calculated coefficient: Conservative treatment is considered to be effective at k value less 10 and conservative treatment is considered to be uneffective at k value above 10 that requires additional individual correction. EFFECT: enhanced precision of evaluation of conservative treatment efficiency of patients at initial stages of post-traumatic ossifying myositis. 2 cl, 1 ex
