FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to estimate an osteogenesis course following a surgical management of patients suffering nonunion limb fractures, one month after open stable osteosynthesis, blood serum is examined for biochemical values: total lactate dehydrogenase (LDG) activity and alkaline phosphatase (APtherm) bone isoenzyme activity. If LDG activity is less than 300 Un/l, and APtherm activity is less than 70 Un/l, an osteogenesis course is considered to be delayed. If LDG activity is more than 300 Un/l, and APtherm activity is less than 70 Un/l, an osteogenesis course is considered to be normal.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing estimate time and increasing objectivity of the osteogenesis course values at the early postoperative stage.
