FIELD: the invention refers to equipment for scientific researches namely to fluorescent microscopes designated for receiving images of luminescent objects, exactly, to luminescent-microscopic analysis of objects having fluorescence at illuminating with exciting light.

SUBSTANCE: spectral fluorescent microscope has a laser, a mirror directing the laser radiation on the investigated object, installed along the fluorescent radiation of the investigated object a rejection filter which does not let in laser radiation but passes the whole spectrum of the fluorescent radiation of the investigated object, a mirror turning the fluorescent radiation, a tunable polarization analyzer, an acoustic-optical tunable filter of images and a digital camera connected with a computer. The computer output is connected with the inputs of the control electron block with the acoustic-optical tunable filter of images and the control electron block of the polarization analyzer.

EFFECT: increases quality of investigating the objects.
