FIELD: ceramic industry; aircraft industry; devices for machining of the large-dimensioned complex profile ceramic articles.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the ceramic and aircraft industries and predominantly may be used at machining of the large-dimensioned complex-profile ceramic articles like the nose dielectric cones of the flight vehicles. The technical result of the invention consists in reduction of duration of machining of the large-dimensioned complex-profile ceramic articles and the increased quality of the machined articles. The device for machining of the large-dimensioned complex-profile ceramic articles contains the turning lathe, the sliding support with the mounted on it grinding wheel-head, intended for installation on the turning lathe drum for the internal machining and the mandrel for the external machining of the article, which have the means of fixation of the latter. At that the grinding wheel-head is additionally supplied with the pressure control sensor. And the turning lathe sliding support has its own transfer mechanism separate from the turning lathe kinematics. The transfer mechanism is made in the form of the mechanical drive connected to the analytical device, which is connected to the pressure control sensor.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of duration of machining of the large-dimensioned complex-profile ceramic articles and the increased quality of the being machined articles.
