FIELD: gas industry, particularly natural gas production, underground storage and transportation.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing two-stage device operation. At the first stage hydrate is accumulated in hydrate cell. At the second stage hydrate is decomposed in closed (restricted) hydrate cell space.
EFFECT: decreased inaccuracy of gas hydrate formation point measurements in dynamic conditions, decreased labor inputs and improved control responsiveness.
