FIELD: building materials, building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes clay-phosphate material comprising loam, iron-containing waste from metallurgic industry comprising Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve № 008 7-11%, ortho-phosphoric acid with density 1.24-1.25 g/cm3 and waste after combustion of coals with residue on sieve № 008 2-5% containing the following components, wt.-%: SiO2, 40.0-55.0; Fe2O3, 6.0-14.0; CaO, 20.0-35.0; MgO, 3.0-6.0; Na2O, 0.2-0.5; ions SO3', 0.9-5.0 in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: loam, 55-58; iron-containing waste from metallurgic industry containing Fe (ii) oxide with residue on sieve № 008 7-11%, 4-8; indicated waste, 15-20, and ortho-phosphoric acid with density 1.24-1.25 g/cm3, the balance. Proposed material can be used in manufacturing building block. Invention provides enhanced strength and retained water resistance of clay-phosphate material.
EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of material.
