FIELD: the invention refers to the means of non-destruction control of materials and may be used in arrangements of diagnostics of rails and other long objects.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a hollow body of nonmagnetic material fulfilled in the shape of a railway wheel. Inside the body there are two magnets in the shape of disks having the same shape and dimensions. The both discs of the magnets are installed coaxially with the bead of the wheel addressed to each other with the poles of the same name form between themselves an even gap. The magnets may be fulfilled in the shape of electric magnets.

EFFECT: increases effectiveness of magnetizing confining provision of magnetizing of the whole cross section of the rail in the shape of a railway wheel.
