FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: intrasurgically, under sterile conditions one should sample the fragment of the dissected valve, put it into conservant solution, for studying put it into lyzing solution to homogenize with ultrasound up to molecular level upon ultrasound equipment of 200 W power, 40 kHz frequency for 40 min and study with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to identify the agent. The innovation provides the chance to carry out PCR for identifying the agent just in the site of lesion (cardiac valve) that helps to increase the accuracy and the efficiency of diagnostics.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of identification.
