SUBSTANCE: according to the declared method for detecting early and latent alterations of central nervous system due to gas chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques in liquor it is necessary to determine acetyl tryptophan, indoleacetic acid, indolebutyric acid and acetyl morpholin and at their quantity ranged 0.11-0.13 mM/l; 0.08-0.12 mM/l; 0.04-0.06 mM/l and 0.07-0.09 mM/l, correspondingly one should diagnose the alterations in central nervous system. The present innovation increases information value and accuracy of combined gas chromatographic and mass spectrometric detection molecular markers in biological liquid in case of early and latent alterations of central nervous system at syphilis.
