SUBSTANCE: salad oil contains mixture of edible vegetable oil and oil extract of dill. Said extract is produced by extracting of ground dill seeds with refined sunflower oil used in the ratio of 1:5-10, and infusing during 10-15 days; regularly mixing during infusion procedure. Each of components is used in predetermined ratio.
EFFECT: improved prophylactic properties, unique taste and aroma of salad oil.
