FIELD: electric engineering, in particular - technology for manufacturing electric machines, possible use in electric industry for manufacturing rotor and stator packets for axial synchronous and asynchronous electric motors, and also anchor packets of axial constant current electric motors.

SUBSTANCE: in the method for manufacturing magnetic conductors of axial electric motors, which includes cutting coiled cold-rolled electro-technical steel onto strips of computed width and number, which are wound onto internal steel rings of stator, rotor or anchor packets, thus assembling required external diameters with following press-fitting of external steel rings, which create needed ferromagnetic packets, coiled cold-rolled electro-technical steel is cut simultaneously onto computed number of strips during broaching movement, chipping of recesses and annealing is performed before assembly, then each strip is wound onto its internal ferromagnetic ring of computed diameter with following press-fitting of corresponding number of external ferromagnetic rings of corresponding diameters onto steel packet of computed external diameter.

EFFECT: reduced mass, size and cost characteristics with simultaneously increased of energy characteristic η cosφ of axial electric motors of constant and alternating current due to ensured zero-discharge technology, without counting the inevitable losses of steel for chipping of recesses.
