FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to manufacturing technology of electrical machines, and can be used in making magnetic circuits of stator and rotor packages for axial electric machines, for example, stator and rotor packages of axial synchronous and asynchronous machines, anchor packages of axial electric motors and DC generators, magnetic conductors of axial transformers. Method of producing axial magnetic conductors consists in the fact that roll cold-rolled electrotechnical steel in movement of the broach is simultaneously cut into strips, before assembly, cutting of slots and annealing is performed in strips, then each strip is wound on its inner ferromagnetic ring with subsequent pressing of ferromagnetic rings onto steel package, wherein for each of the electrical steel strips, the distance from the beginning of the electrical steel strip is pre-determined before the beginning of each k-th slot of the i-th coil of the electrical steel strip by the mathematical formula, then the distance from the beginning of the electrical steel strip is determined to the end of each k-th slot of the i-th coil of the electrical steel strip by a mathematical formula, after which, starting from the first slot of the first coil of the electrical steel strip, cutting of the slots in each coil of the electrical steel strip is performed, wherein transverse cutting of the beginning and end of the k-th slot of the i-th coil of the electrical steel strip is performed with a cross cutter, longitudinal cutting of the k-th slot of the i-th coil of the electrical steel strip is performed with a longitudinal cutter.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is provision of uniform magnetic saturation of axial magnetic conductors, increase of power indices of axial electric machines, reduced consumption of electrical steel, increased service life of insulation, reduced duration of technological process of making axial magnetic conductors.
