FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to the technology of manufacturing electric machines, and can be used in the manufacture of magnetic circuits of stator and rotor packs for axial electric machines. While being moved, coiled cold-rolled electrical steel is simultaneously cut into strips with the help of broach tool. Before assembly, grooves are cut in the strips and annealed, then each strip is winded on its inner ferromagnetic ring of pitch diameter, with subsequent pressing of the outer ferromagnetic rings onto the steel package of the outer pitch diameter, the packages of twisted magnetic circuits after pressing the ferromagnetic rings form the main parts of the magnetic circuits to be arranged horizontally with their active part face down, and additional parts of the magnetic circuits are manufactured by powder metallurgy method. Between the outer and inner cylinders the inserts are installed with their bases upwardly oriented. They have a form of truncated cones with holes. After that, homogeneous mass in the form of a binder and a ferromagnetic powder is poured. After shaping the homogeneous mass the inserts are removed, and after that the cavities formed by the shaped homogeneous mass and the inner cylinders of the molds are filled with the homogeneous mass in the form of a binder and a ferromagnetic powder.
EFFECT: technical result consists in equalizing the magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit along its radius for axial electric machines operating without saturation of the magnetic system.
