FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: Prosthetic appliance kit 1 for patients with amputated extremities 10 has anchor part 2, placed inside rest of bone 11 and external prosthetic appliance 7. Anchor part 2 is made in form of bolt, which has rod 3 and head 4 at one end. Rod 3 can be introduced and fixed inside test of bone and head forms under-skin end of bone 11. Head 4 of anchor part has width exceeding width of amputated extremity 10 for such length that local widening 12 can be formed on the end of amputated extremity. External prosthetic appliance has internal form 8 assigned for that local widening 12 to provide local fixing, hanging and support of sleeve of prosthetic appliance. User of prosthetic appliance is able of applying weight to end of prosthetic appliance and to pass twisting power from extremity to prosthetic appliance. Prosthetic appliance can be applied onto all amputated extremities to achieve optimal length of extremity for attaching external prosthetic appliance.
