FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, health improvement, can be used for increasing of VC, adequate supply of main human organs with oxygen and increasing carbon dioxide content in blood to optimum value. Deep breathing method includes upper, lower, complete, cleaning breathing and physical exercises. At that, number of upper and lower deep breathing cycles makes 10, complete - 5-10 and cleaning with deep bottom breath, breath holding foe 5-20 s and with 14-18 intermittent lower exhales through tightly compressed lips and stomach vibration - 10-15 cycles. Such breathing types are performed in series. Inhalation duration makes 3-5 s, inhalation delay is 5-20 s, exhaling 12-16 s. At that, physical exercises at first are performed lying and sitting in bed, then, said respiratory exercises, then physical exercises standing. Making physical exercises in bed involves fingers rubbing, palms rotation clockwise and counterclockwise, fast fingers squeezing into fist and relaxation, feet inclination forward, backward, into sides, inside, “bicycle” exercise, head inclinations to the left, right, forwards, spine rubbing, simultaneous fast movements of head and feet to the left and right, rubbing palms against each other and their intense rubbing of face from chin to scalp, face rubbing from nose to ears with palms and forehead from its center to temples with fingers. Standing performance of exercises consists in lifting and abrupt lowering of heels on floor, squats, shoulders joints rotation to one and another sides, body inclinations to the left and right, to the wall and its push-off from wall. During performance of exercises they are gradually added to system and number of repetitions is increased.

EFFECT: method provides elimination of Yoga and Nysh deep breathing disadvantages, increase in lungs volume, supply of body with oxygen, optimum carbon dioxide content in blood.
