SUBSTANCE: invention proposes pair of synthetic oligonucleotide-primers for detection of feline leucosis provirus DNA of endogenous and exogenous type and comprising the following sequences: 5'-TGTCTGATGT-CTGGAGCC-3' and 3'-TTTGGCCCAT-GACGGCTT-5'. Also, invention discloses a method for carrying out polymerase chain reaction using indicated pair of synthesis oligonucleotide-primers. Invention provides improving existing methods for diagnosis of feline leucosis and can be used in veterinary.
