SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Proposed oligonucleotide DNA primers for the detection and phylogenetic analysis of the proviral DNA of feline leukemia virus, as well as for the synthesis of a fragment of the surface glycoprotein gp70 gene containing protective antigenic epitopes, characterized in that two pairs of oligonucleotide DNA primers have the following sequences: external (1 fwd: 5'TCCAACGCACCCAAAACCCT3'; 1 rev: 5'GCTTTAGTCCCTGTTCCGAC3'), internal (2 fwd: 5'TCCTGCCTATCTACTCCGCA3'; 2 rev: 5'ATGCATGGGGTGAGTCCAGT3'). Invention can be used diagnostic veterinary laboratories, research institutions, biotechnology companies.
EFFECT: synthesis of the target DNA fragment, the coding fragment of the surface glycoprotein gp70 feline leukemia virus, which can be used for phylogenetic analysis and synthesis of viral antigen.
