FIELD: nuclear and radiation physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system for recording bremsstrahlung or gamma-rays of up to 40 MeV energy from high-power pulse source has detector whose response is proportional to absorbed radiation energy, as well as system with collimator provided with hole and disposed next to radiation source; mentioned detector installed past collimator is supplemented with at least one additional detector whose response is proportional to absorbed radiation energy; each of mentioned detectors is chosen so that their different spectral characteristics are presented in general linear form with two different coefficients. Device implementing proposed method for recording bremsstrahlung or gamma-rays is given in invention specification.

EFFECT: enhanced self-descriptiveness of evaluating bremsstrahlung or gamma-rays due to receiving data on some radiation characteristics in framework of one experiment.
