SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analysis air presence of biopathogens in it, namely to automatic analysers of biopathogens in air. Automatic analyser of biopathogens in air consists of a single metal housing, which has frame structure and is divided into two compartments, in upper compartment there are units and subsystems in contact with biological samples and reagents: from aerosol collection device to PCR- and immunological analysers, in this compartment a controlled temperature and humidity mode is maintained, in the lower compartment there is auxiliary equipment and control electronics: power sources and distributors, reserve accumulator batteries, refrigerating unit, control computer and automatic control units, at that the sample preparation system of the automatic analyser of biopathogens in air is built in a closed circuit.

EFFECT: high accuracy and faster determination of biopathogens in air.
